Bad quality

My Town bucket handbag, after 8 months of using it, all the stitches attaching the strap to the bag came off completely. Now I can't carry that bag anymore. For the price I paid it's not worth it at all. Very disappointing!

Don't buy from here!

I ordered my wallet on Sep 4th, and I received email from them on Sep 7th and it said "We're sorry, your order is delayed. Your order will be delivered between Sep 8th and Sep 13th."
But I still haven't received it yet(Sep 14th).
So I checked my tracking number and it said my package is still at Orlando,FL since Sep 9th, "Arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item"
It seems stuck there.
I decided to chat with them, and they said I have to wait until Sep 23rd, and if I still don't received it they'll resend/refund me.
So basically I have to wait 20days and still not sure I can get my package or not.smh
Don't waste your time and money!!!!

While I'm a big fan of coach and I own many pieces. I'm not of fan of Lil Nas being the face of coach. This is a bit much and not classy. Lil Nas is over the top. If coach want another gay person there are more than Lil Nas to recruit. Actually, I think coach should step outside of the celebrity world.

Delivery

I placed an order on line and was told 5 to 7 business days sure enough on the 6th day i got an email that my package was delivered, went outside and no package called COACH right away first thing they asked is if there was anyone else at home that might have received the package (i got a bit offended) but i can understand why they asked but in this case it was just me at home. To make a long story short it was delivered to the wrong address well they promised me a new bag at no cost (i sure hope so) ive called 2 times and both times i was told it was shipped that morning. It may have been shipped but i dont have a tracking number or anything i dont have time to be calling every day. I am beyond frustrated you would think that items at these prices would require a signature but nooooo. Ill give it another 2 days and see what happens. First and last time i will be buying from their website and due to this reconsidering walking into their stores

Bad CS

errible CS, I waited 2 weeks b4 I received an email with shipping info & then USPS is awaiting the package for days. I was supposed to receive in 5-7 days & CS is asking me to just wait on an update. Won't process my refund & I waited days for a manager to call & it never happened. I will NEVER spend my money on Coach again !!

$400 bag's clasp broke after 6 months

I bought a bag for more than $400. The clasp broke after 6 months and the customer service doesn't answer my requests. Coach is overrated, I never had such a problem with MK's bags.

I’ve treated myself to a coach bag in the coach sales on line.i love it .it arrived in a lovely box .
Also a week later I purchased another coach bag from the outlet in UK .when the assistant served me, the bag which was still in a plastic bag .i asked is the dust bag inside the handbag. Her reply was no we don’t have any left call in again next time you are here ……not “I have one posted to you “ .so as I live just over 1 hour away .. Total of over 2 driving plus petrol,I wasn’t very impressed.
When I got home I looked at my 1st bag which was still in box .no dust bag again.
Email sent to Coach ..reply .We regret do t have any in Europe to send you .not a mention of taking my address and posting .
Or perhaps they now see their bags as not worthy of bothering to take care off when not in use.
Rant over .

I have a beautiful coach bag but they won’t repair it.

I have a beautiful coach bag. It is a £400 tote bag I got for my birthday. I only know the price because I picked it out online once and showed it to my mum and was like wow I love this. Anyway, I got it and I was thrilled. 4 years of use and it’s been amazing - however the straps are starting to come apart and I’m not surprised because of the useage and weight I put in the bag regularly.
I emailed customer services for a repair as the website says it’s possible- they said no. As I didn’t get it in an outlet shop. It was either ordered online or at John Lewis but I don’t know as it was a gift and my mum cannot remember and as it was so long ago and we have moved 3 times since she doesn’t have the receipt. It’s a legit coach bag, I have all the stuff to prove that but they won’t fix it (and I’m aware and happy to pay) because I don’t know where I got it from as it was a GIFT. Is that a joke?
WARNING FOR ANYONE THEY WONT REPAIR IF NOT BROUGHT AT AN OUTLET WITH PROOF AND THAT INCLUDES ONLINE. Unless the person I have been emailing is massively wrong about the information given.

Ordered a purse and a bag at different…

Ordered a purse and a bag at different times the address label got damaged and was being sent back by the post office and I contacted Coach and contrary to the reviews on here they were great , they chased the purse down and got it re delivered the next day I spoke to 3 different departments one in France all were really helpful I cannot fault them and received exceptional customer service.

Disappointing

After having a terrible experience with purchasing a bag from coach a couple of years ago (they took my money then I was told the bag was out of stock) I decided to give them one more shot recently. Placed my order successfully but when I checked for confirmation, nothing. When I went back online, no sign of the bag anywhere. Not sure what is going on with this company, but considering they have beautiful products, their online purchasing set up is an embarrassment. Will not be giving them a 3rd chance! :(

Buyer beware, they do not want to refund your money after you have made a return. They are horrible to deal with online, I will never purchase one of their bags again after The experience I have been thru and am still going thru with them. By a LV, they are wonderful Polite and have beautiful bags. One Louis Vuitton is better to have them 20 Coach bags.
